         How to make Canapes Martine

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices round, crustless white bread
  • 2 gherskis
  • 100g/4 oz boiled ham
  • 1 tablespoo mixed chopped herbs

METHOD:

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  2. Crush the egg yolks using a fork and work into the butter, then spread on the bread.
  3. Chop the gheskins, ham and egg whites, mix in the herbs and spread over the bread.
