How to make Canapes Martine
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices round, crustless white bread
- 2 gherskis
- 100g/4 oz boiled ham
- 1 tablespoo mixed chopped herbs
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Crush the egg yolks using a fork and work into the butter, then spread on the bread.
- Chop the gheskins, ham and egg whites, mix in the herbs and spread over the bread.
